Why use credits instead of traditional invoicing?

Traditional invoicing involves purchase orders, manual processing and payment delays; which doesn't work when you need urgent bureau cover today. Credits allow for instant authorisation, meaning our team can start your task immediately without waiting for the finance office to clear a new invoice.

Do my credits expire?

No. Purchased too many, we’ll refund within ten working days.

Can I buy credits in bulk?

Yes. While you can buy credits as needed, we offer Credit Bundles at a discounted rate. This is the most cost-effective way to prepare for planned absences or busy end-of-year reporting periods.

Using Your Credits

How do I know how many credits a task will cost?

Transparency is key. Once you submit a request via the portal, we provide a fixed-price quote in credits. We won’t start the work and no credits will be deducted, until you "Approve. "

What happens if a task takes longer than expected?

The quote we provide is final. If a report ends up being more complex than we anticipated, we absorb the cost. You will never be asked for extra credits once a task has been agreed upon.

Can I see a history of my purchased credits?
